Holographic flag lights

I need some help on my Holographic lights. I purchased some Holographic light flag and some bulbs werent working. Do i have to find the missing bulb in order for it to work? Do i have to replace the whole holographic lights? Do i have to go one bulb by one to find out the burned bulb? Please help!!
