Good afternoon all. It is hot and dry here in central MO. I didn't weigh yesterday so will do so sometime this next week. Some gain is possible as I have been eating a LOT the past few days. Shadoe is here and I'm cooking and eating like I only do when around him. Bringing home burgers, jalapano poppers and onion pedals, seasoned fries, etc. from the cafe' for late night suppers.
I'm getting in plenty of exercise lately tho. In the form of work in the yarden. I also do some isometric exercises daily. That is one thing I can do waiting for stop lights, etc.
