According to my scales I was up 2# yesterday morning. I'll weigh again in the morning and see what it says .That would be the first gain in months. I attribute it to the RoundUp picnic and wedding reception goodies. Then at work tonight I was handed a piece of cherry chocolate cake with whipped topping.

I'm really tired and ready for a good night of sleep. More later.
