How to make wreath of succulents...?

I'm pretty sure that someone will know how to do this...I've never made one, but have all the materials and really want to give it a shot. However, I'm just not certain my memory (duh...) serves me right.

As I recall, you take a wire wreath frame, wrap it well with moss - either green moss or sphagnum (sp?).. I think you secure it to the frame with florists wire. Then you...it gets reeeeaaaalll foggy here....dig little "holes" in the moss, and "plant the succulent? Continue in the fashion until you have a wreath full of succulents...hang on fence? What keeps the plants in? Florists wire? Does the moss retain enough water to keep the succulents happy?

Can anyone help me...? please?
