ID, finally have pics!

Shelton, WA(Zone 8a)

alrighty, I finally got some pictures. I followed the leads you guys gave me and I was still unable to get a positive ID on this bugger. I took several pics. The first one is a shot that shows how it is mixed in with what I believe is Vinca. On the other side of the property is where it is trying to kill the ivy, st johns wart, rhodies, clematis, even the magnolia tree. The weed is not blooming, which I know helps with ID but I hope just the greens can speak for themselves this time.

how the new growth looks... and it goes like wildfire!

how it twists
this shot shows some twist, but it is near the edge. When you get deeper into more established stuff, the twists can be half dozen or so all twisted together. The flower belongs to the vinca, not the weed.

Bindweed? In the morning glory family, I think.
