Help!
Most mornings, something has removed the petals from my dahlias (in the garden) during the night. The petals seem to have been pulled out of the flower. Sometimes there may be a hole in them, but mostly not (probably something eating it after it's on the ground).
I don't think it's slugs (they've been everywhere else in the garden) because I don't see any slime and the leaves are not eaten. We don't have bunnies that I'm aware of and I don't see signs of moles.
Could it be mice? Nocturnal squirrels? My husband? Any ideas?
Thanks!
What's eating my dalias?
