I saw a bug today, and it kind of reminded me of a horseshoe crab but with an oval body. I have searched and cant seem to find what it was. I looked up Limulodidae and that definately was not the bug.
The bug was very flat to the ground, was light brown in color (if not, almost clear), had short antanae, didnt move terribly fast, and no wings (that I noticed).
I thought maybe it was a roach, but looked them up, and Im almost positive thats not what it was either.
Any help would be wonderful.
What was it??
I think it was a sow bug!! Wow! Thank you Night_Bloom! LOL Ive never seen one of them here. Im gonna have to go look them up.
I just found this.. and this is exactly what it looked like. We do have the refular rolley-polley bugs here, but I had never seen these. http://www.snhpc.com/bugs/snowbug.jpg
Thank you so much!
