Natural Diuretic?

Does anyone know of any natural products, herbs, foods, etc., that act as a mild natural diuretic? I have an ongoing problem with water retention, not serious, just annoying. BUT, I just had a major, over the top episode that had me reaching for the Lasix. I know some foods trigger these episodes, but you can't go through life NEVER eating spaghetti with Marinara sauce! *grin*

Anyway....If there is something I could incorporate into my daily diet that is a natural diuretic, perhaps it would help.
