Odd late night request from a cheapskate with little hope of finding it here but who knows! Anyone here have the 1997 year book from The British Iris Society, Philip Cribb has some photos of species Iris from the Yunnan region of China in there.
Can nyone help please?
I'm only replying because no one else has and I didn't want you to think we're ignoring you but I'm guessing most of us would just say, "Sorry". Good luck!
Thanks Pirl, much appreciated.
Could you write to them and see if they have an extra copy or a distribution list? Perhaps they have used book sales and could look for you? How about used or rare UK bookstores?

A different book, but perhaps something you'd be interested in:

Baa, I know who has a copy. I saw it when he came to NALS and lectured on his trip to China. I'll see if he won't send it to you.

Guess I'm really out to lunch. The yearbook I saw was about a LILY trip to China. Duh.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions, I really don't want to spend any cash or at least only a very nominal amount as I only want a photo of one species for confirmation of a possible mislabelled plant and as the Iris is a rare (in cultivation) one, the BIS 1997 year book is one of only two places I could find a photo.
