I am learning to use the TRADING section here at DG and added, "Sebastian Maas" and "Primavera" cultivars on my Trade List. I'm trading the actual plants that are blooming now.
When is the best time to mail them? After the bloom? After the foliage is gone?

Here is "Primavera." I'm so amazed: fragrant and long-lasting 6" blooms!
In case you missed it, I got my rhizomes at bloomingbulb. Five (5) of each kind, and they are ALL budding/blooming.
September is the moving date for peonies. Since you're in z10, it would be a good idea to talk to someone in that zone about moving them.
