I have been SO HAPPY with Craigs List in the Chicago area. I got someone to come in who actually wanted all my orange invasive daylilies because she has a long fence she wants to line with them... she thought I was doing her a favor, but I was actually feeling like she was doing ME a favor. I also shared hosta and traded for some ferns (which I promptly planted, left town and killed -- poor things).

Not to mention the stove I had in the basement for 5 years ... and the fridge ... people took them away. It was wonderful!
