Calendula seeds from Poland

Hi! I'm new to planting seeds. I was given a package of Calendula seeds from Poland and now I'm wondering if there is any reason why I shouldn't or can't plant them in Seattle, WA area. Does anyone know if there is a law or something about planting imported seeds from Poland?

I'd go ahead and plant them. As long as there aren't any hitchhikers (insects, weed seeds, etc.).
