ID Please?

This Iris was marked 'cherub smiles' but doesn't lool like it to me. Any Ideas what it may be?

Looks exactly like 'Competitive Edge' to me. Intro'd by R. Ernst, 1991. Standards are reddish brown. Falls are bluish lavender encircled by reddish brown rims. Beards are yellow. Bloom height of about 36 inches.

I used to grow this one, so I'm pretty sure. Did you get your irises from Cooley's. If so, they're pretty good about replacing mis-labled ones, and if you send them the pic, they can i.d. it for you.

Thanks flowerfrenzy. That's what it looks like to me. I got it in a trade unfortunately last season and it was past bloom. It is still kind of nice even though it wasn't what I expected.

It's a nice one. It's pretty distinct because of the coloration and the rims. Not many that look like it! :]
