Saw this craft idea somewhere and thought it was a good one. You likely use some of those grocery store plastic bags for liners for your waste baskets...I do, but the top always looks trashy because of the handles and excess plastic. So, when I saw this idea, I thought I'd try it. Doesn't take much fabric, just enough elastic to snug around the basket and some straight seams. And you just tuck the excess plastic under the band. Bet it would sell like crazy at a craft fair, but I'm not gonna do it, cuz that sounds more like work.....and I did this just for fun.
