This is so different than the other one posted by this name. Are they really the same or did yours get put in the wrong spot.

Whatever...........it's a dandy....the flowers look like lady's skirts...delicate color too.

Enjoy..

Wow those are sooo cool. I would have never though "Kalancho". So unusual, I really like them.

I believe the other plant posted is NOT correct. This definitely matches the plant photos from Logee's, where the original was purchased. http://logees.com/prodinfo.asp?number=S7511-2 This is really my first productive year. The 2 1/2" pot with very small plant was purchased in Sept. 2003. The plant was in full bloom in mid march and still has blossoms. It is a gorgeous hanging plant that seems to really love it's home in our atrium, under shade cloth.

How does this one make seed? You said to look above the flower to see the seed and I'm looking but don't see any.
And if you do get seed I would love to trade for some.....

The other plant entered on that record is Kalanchoe pumila (the one with the purple flowers). I know this has been reported before, apparently it slipped through the cracks.

Edit:
If you click on George's image from Sept 2003 (in the hanging basket) you will see that this has been questioned before. :-)

ok its the top one above like to trade for some seeds? anyone..

Here is an enlargement of a section of the photo. I believe the "pom-poms" at the joint above the flower are where the seeds are forming. If this is correct, I should have plenty of seed to share.
