11 bud count! No ID

My father purchased a house last fall and this spring there are a bunch of these. They have a nice licorice scent and an 11 bud count! The colour isn't spectacular but i am thinking of breeding just because of the bud count.

I am wondering if anyone has any thoughts on the ID.
