$18.99 sure sounds outrageous to me! Wow!!! Somewhere in one of those links is a hyperlink to a great website from Happenstance. It will tell you and show you all about the Kong Coleus

Here's another thread with a link directly to Ball Seed's Kong page. My experience has been that they are marked about half the time and 18.99 doesn't sound out of line from the 21.99 I saw for a 1 1/2 - 2gal pot size. The standard 6" pots at WalMart were 2.92

I found a great bargan at a flea market on Saturday, 4 kong mosiac for .80 each. He told me he grew them from seed, they are small but will grow. I will be going back this coming saturday to see if he brings more. He told me he would bring new coleus he was growing. This man was a older gentleman and I don't think he knows what he's selling for .80 cents. I was very happy to get them. I'm going on vacation on the 19th so I'm going to give these except for one to my sister in law for taking care of my plants for me. If I get more I'll let you know.

My Kong was labeled as such. I bought a 4" pot for $4.99. It is full and lush so I'll sit back and wait for it to grow.
