If they are like the ones I got off of my species Louisiana Iris, up to 50 or so. Some less.

Since then I've identified the plant as Iris giganticaerulea, one of the 5 Louisiana Iris Species. I've also learned that if you plant the seeds shortly after harvest they will germinate easily. If you wait until next spring, no such luck. =( Maybe they will germinate eventually, but I don't have that kind of patience.

Good luck with yours. Being from a hybrid they will each be a surprise!
