Looking for some good ideals on how to make a water fountain to set my potted plants around. We are making an Arbor out of a cattle panel with a small flower bed on each side to put morning glories in. I have a rock in the middle of it and would like to install a water fountain and then set some of my hibiscus around it. Does anyone have any great ideals, they would like to share or know where I can go look and find some that we could make ourself.
