Ahhh, another cold spring day in Michigan with dark clouds, snow showers and plain ol' as usual, yukky weather.
But the sun peeked out for a minute and produced this cool view from my kitchen porch.

Did anyone have a heavy frost last night? My Digitalis spectabilis are hanging their heads and I don't think the flower stalks will recover.
I didn't but I know some folks got a hard frost in west MI.
Looks like a warming trend starting tomorrow. YIPPEE!
I did yesterday morning ... I am so glad that all the plants I have been buying are tucked away in the basement.
