What are the good programs to use for maintenance?

With the recent weeks of cold weather keeping me out of the garden, I have installed the following programs:

Tune Up Utilities 2003 from PC World

Syncback SE 3.2.7.300

Registry Repair Pro (but not the Ad Blocker part)

Nero 6 "Ultra Edition" ( I am lovin' this one; very nice piece of software)

Microsoft Antispyware (for XP 2000 only) (was using SpyBot and AVAST)

Firefox (Like it ok but can't do a spell check like you could in IE.)

Roboform (love this one!)
