Turkey Season opens tomorrow.

Any turkey hunters here?
My hubby is going for the first time this year.
We really have seen a big increase in the Wild Turkeys in our area.
Use to be you only saw them up north but now they are everywhere.
He's going to hunt on a local farm where he deer hunts.
He's been scouting it out and already seen some gobblers.
Anybody here know the best way to prepare Wild Turkey?
I've never had it before but heard its really good.

cottage rose........Not sure if you know but Wild Turkey is all dark meat. Something about the Wild Turkeys being very active and so therefor the reason why their breast meat does not develop like the kind we raise for consumption. However, Its still very delicious and has no wild taste to it. Just cook it as you would a regular turkey, only not as long....I usually stuff mine too. They are very delicious and if your a dark meat lover, you will be hooked on Wild Turkey...
