OEM vs. retail version of software...

we have 3 computers, (two w/ Windows XP, one w/98) the Norton is about to expire on all of them. On newegg.com, I can get Norton Anti-Virus 2005, retail 3-user version is $62.50 after $20.00 rebate.
The OEM version is $36.90. Could I use the OEM version on our computers? Thanks so much!
