Is 35 bulbs for $15 a good deal?

I have been trying to build my garden at the smallest possible cost, so I havent even priced things retail. I got a contribution request in the mail that with a donation of $15, I will get 35 bulbs as a free gift. 10 glads, 10 Allium Moly, 5 peacock orchids, and 10 windflowers. Is it worth it?
