Anybody know where you can get Rosa Rusgosa seedlings in the U.S.?

Greenwood Nursery has rosa rugosa as 2yo 1-2' branched plants in groups of 10, 20 or 30 if that's what you're looking for, I'm still new to gardening and unsure of what constitutes a seedling.
