PH and Moisture soil Testers?

Can anyone recommend an inexpensive tester for PH and moisture? I know some are combined in one. I'd like to spend under $ 25 for both. Also, do they even work? I know I can get it tested but I'd like the convenience of testing on the spot. Thanks, Sheila
