Gibberellic acid

Where can I get this? I've checked the nurseries here and looked on the net and haven't found it yet. Do I have to use this to start the seeds or is there something else that I can use? Hydrogen peroxide? Rubbing alcohol? Tea?

Two sources I know of are:
JL Hudson: http://davesgarden.com/gwd/c/31/
MegaGro: http://davesgarden.com/gwd/c/2246/

And I think several of the hydroponics stores probably do, too: http://davesgarden.com/gwd/advanced.php?state=xx&country=XX&category=69&search_text=&sorter=company_name&submit=Search

What do you use this for?

Kirksville, MO(Zone 5a)

I have a Brugmansia and Datura book that says to start Datura seeds they need to be soaked in a 0.02% solution of this. That's what I wanted to use it for. The seeds I have are for the ordinary moonflower type of Datura.

I tried to grow them by just puttin them in the ground and nothing happened. Have also tried starting them in peat pots and they didnt' sprout. The seeds are from a plant of someone else's that comes back every year so they should be viable.

Any hints?
