Yellow shrub identification

Woodstock, GA(Zone 7b)

I have fallen in love with this shrub, it is on a neighbors property whom I do not know too well so I am shy about asking what it is. Does anyone have a clue? It is a very vibrant yellow, deeper than a forsythia and it seems to flower forever.

Maybe Kerria japonica flora plena?

I think that just might be it! I just lookedit up in Dirrs hardy tree and shrub encyclopedia and there it is, a full landscape picture. Thanks for the ID.

suzanne's flowers- your neighbor might be happy to give you a piece of this shrub, as they send out many (rooted) suckers which can be easily separated from the mother plant to start a new one. Maybe if you bake them some cookies and ask nicely! LOL!
