I know this isn't exactly a vegetable, but maybe some of you have experience with this. I scattered a few pinches of tobacco seeds onto a pot of soil and now I have a few hundred tiny green dots appearing onthe surface. Do I need to thin these out and at what stage should I move them to flats?
Tobacco Seedlings
If they are really thick you will need to thin them out. You can treat /handle very much like a brassica or even a tomato plant.
Okay. I'll thin, then move them when they're big enough to handle.
