Something attacks and brown some stems. Someone said removing and bagging/trashing will clear it up. Not! Is there some drench or spray to use or must I dig up and destroy. Entering the third season with previous stems removed in spring. Is that too late? should I be removing when detected during spring and summer? TIA Lj
