I posted this on Garden Art but wanted to show it to you here as well. I made one last year that survived over the winter left in the pot.
One faucet and elbow from Home Depot, one dowel spray painted gold, sparkly beads tied together with fishing line or beading line and then tied to the faucet to "drip"... Looks even better in person!
