Made this plant stake last year and accidently left it in the pot over the winter. It survived beautifully.
One faucet and elbow from Home Depot (a couple of $$), one 36" dowel spray painted the same gold color, some outdoor cement... Then tie several sparkly beads together with fishing line or bead line and tie to mouth of faucet. It looks even better in person...
