Help! First time planter

Mount Rainier, MD

Need advise. I want to start impatients, begonias and other annuals for planting this summer. I bought seeds, trays, jiffy plugs. I started the impatients and they are so small with two little leaves. Do I need a heat source? Right now I just have them in my house 70 degrees and I took the top off when the leaves appeared. I really need information. I bought a greenhouse kit but it will not be up for another two weeks. It is still in the 60's here. Do I have to wait for the temp to rise to 70 before I put the plants in the greenhouse. I know I have a lot of questions but any advise will be appreciated. Thanks

I live in a cool area that gets down into the 50s regularly and the impatiens don't mind but these are seedlings. I'd put them close to a light source nad keep them indoors for a bit longer.....
