My bank just got internet banking. When I found out I went to the site & all I saw was a place to put in user name & password. I thought maybe the bank had set everything up (dumb me).. Well now when I try to get in with the info the bank gave me the old one comes up & it won't let me change it. I end up getting locked out & the bank having to reset it. I guess there is a cookie set but how do I find it? I have a cookie folder with 178 in it but I don't recognize any name as being the bank.. Any idea how to get that name & password out.
