I am going to knock down the cupboards over my stove and to the left and right so my kitchen will be open to my dining room. There is no wall there now just cupboards and open space between bottom of cupboards and the counter top. So my kitchen storage space will be less; the cupboard that holds my spices and one that holds plates etc. I am looking for efficiency experts. I know some of you have lived and cooked in tiny kitchens. Mine will not be tiny but editing out lots of stuff will be necessary. Free advice please.
