Supposed to be 3/4" to 1" body length (female)...how big is your guy?

edited to say that the image I have in my Audubon book is more delicate than the big spiders in the Google images. The googled Trapdoors look nothing like the one in my book...hmmmm....

Wow Monterey....or should I say...scarey! LOL Great pictures! I'm not really afraid of spiders....or any insect....except bees....they don't like me. Probably cause I'm afraid...kind of a vicious circle I guess. LOL.
