I started my seeds of blue shrimp plant and they are real long frail looking things hanging over the tray. What have I done wrong? They don't look like they are going to EVER be ANYTHING! I have them in my washroom and they don't get tons of light...do seedlings need alot of light? This is my first time with seeds and the only reason I am doing them is because I can't find this plant anywhere.

Yes, they are in need of more light than you are providing. Usually thr light fictures used topropriThe long skinny stems are as a result of cells in the stem elongating to try to reach sunlight. The idel seedling should be short and stocky.

Don't give up. Place them in some indirect bright light to start with then slowly inch them into a window sill. Be careful not to let them burn in direct sun.
