I am thinking about switching over to a high protein - low carbs diet. Have been doing some internet research on the various versions/programs of this kind of diet and I am getting kind of confused and put-off by it all --- so many versions, so many claims/counterclaims. In an effort to shed some light on the subject and to clear up some of my confusion, I thought I would ask the people on this board who have tried one of these diets for some real-world feedback. Any and all comments would be appreciated. Thanks.
