Every time when I do my walking excrise 5 times a week.. after I am done. I take slow walking and warm up.. then later.. I started smelling ammonia-like. I don't have any ammonia chemcial bottle here.. Why I keep smelling ammonia like after I walked excrise.. I don't want yall think i am weird or what? I can't help and hate the way I smell ammonia thru my nose when I breathe. When I not excrise walking.. I don't smell any ammonia. Strange..... I asked DH why I smell the ammonia like.. He don't know.

Hate smell the ammonia!
