Spring Peach/Apple tree maintenance

Should I spray dormant oil on my peach and apple trees now when they are just forming the buds, or do I wait until the blooms are open?

What should I spray on them to keep the worms outta my peaches? Will dormant oil do the trick?

Is there anything else I should be doing to them now?
