I' ll get this started then post more later. We need to get ready for church. I slept in late this morning.

It is COLD here. 23 degrees outside. No walking here unless it warms up.

Peeble, I'm still stuck too. Too many carbs around and not enough physical output of calories. Even the old SlimFast of which I have a large stock pile is high in sugar. I will drink lots of it tho this summer when I need something quick and cool between yardening jobs.
