Lupine Seeds?

Crossville, TN(Zone 7a)

What do they look like?
Like poppy seeds right? That tiny?
I got a letter in the mail with 'eagle rock lupines' in it. No name, no note. Just the seeds.
Came from Long Beach .

These seeds are like roundish beans about 1/4 the size of a pea. Hard and shiny.

La Grange, TX(Zone 8b)

Lupines look like very small smooth peas. The seed has to be nicked or scarified or you get very poor germination. Here in central Texas lupines are sown in September or October. The plantlets overwinter as small rosettes close to the ground.

I wasn't able to find any reference to 'eagle rock' lupine.
