Tomato in grow box

Churubusco, IN(Zone 5b)

Had a couple of people ask me about how the grow box was doing - thought I would post a picture. It isn't vary big (it's about 5 weeks old), but it's a start.

I've seen this done before for something else. Great idea. I saw something else I was thinking of doing that I saw in a container gardening magazine. It's supposed to be the in thing to use galvanized trash cans for planting tomatoes, etc. The tomatoes love the heat and the cans do attract it.

shelleydar, that is a great way to grow tomatoe's out of a tote. Now, why didn't I think of that when I just bought three Earthboxes. I'll have to give your system a try also. Thanks for sharing the picture. Look's great.
