trying to add an entry

Hi, I haven't subscribed yet, but I'm interested in the creating a "journal". I tried to yesterday after reading some threads in this forum and I failed miserably. :(( I managed to create a title and a sub topic, but when I want to add entries...I am sent back to the main page. I followed Terry's instructions... Help! Thanks in advance.

One thing that's easy to forget or not quite "get" is that once you set up your categories, then you need to access your journal via those categories. They are displayed on your journal's Main Page - scroll down past the Summary, Main Menu, and "Change Default Journal" sections...
