I'd like to go to a chiropracter for my shoulder but I have no idea what to expect. Any one here ever been to one?

I know prices vary but what cost range should I expect for a single visit?
What should I be expecting, what exactly happens there?
Does it work? Does it make it worse?
How do I know when I need to make another appt?
Anything else I should know?
