I am so proud of all of you for your determination to beat this battle with excess weight. Also for your exercise increases. You are all such an inspiration to me personally and each other I'm sure.
The scales said just 150# this morning. I've been that low before but never stayed there long. I'll try to make a high for me from now on. That means just 15-20 more to go to reach the so called normal weight for my height. I don't know if you are permitted more poundage for advanced age but I'm going to try really hard to get back down there. I did weigh that when I was in my 30s but began really gaining weight when I hit 40.
