This handsome and inexpensive resin plaque is from Toscana Designs. The furthest part of our backyard was nothing but weeds for decades. Just last year, we finally embarked on a design to finish this last section. We had two curvy beds built from concrete block to surround two large existing trees. In between the beds is a V-shaped patio section surfaced with a dry concrete and gravel mix.
The back of an old shed forms one of the "walls" of this secondary entertaining area. The area is heavily shaded in summer by a silver oak and a walnut tree. I wanted something simple but striking to hang on the dark wood -- when I saw this in TD's catalog, I knew it was perfect!
