Anyone else have problems with heel spurs? I did go to a foot specialist. He recommended shoe inserts. However, I'm not that satisfied with those. They help the spur but then my arches hurt. We have a health unit at work and she suggested acupuncture. Another friend in another state also has had good luck with acupuncture. Anyone try this? I'm waiting for my new health insurance card/info to see if acupuncture is covered.
