Have just gotten on dsl, looking for other dsl users

Just got on dsl, still have aol for a little while. I may get answers to questions from dsl tech support but here are some questions I will be aksing. When you surf the internet and find something you want to save, how can you save it as a favorite place to go back to? How do you create more than one screen name? How do you set up a buddy list? Can you have more than one screen name with each having its own buddy list and address book?

This shows how little I know about it. I am so used to AOL that I know how to handle all of this and how it works, DSL is a new world to me.
