depression glass identification

Hey!I have a depression glass set and would like to know what kind it is.Here is the info that I have now:

marks & rosenfeld,inc.

it was made in paden city,VA

on the side of the box it says one dorsets

and

provincial snack set

it also says that it is the first set made out of 500

Please let me know if anyone has any clue to what this is.We have 4 plates that have what look like bows made of glass on them,and 4 teacups.I would love to get some more information about this set and how much it's worth,also about the company that made it.
